Creating a Welcoming Church draws on Rev. David Macfarlane's over twenty years of experience as a pastor – including serving in two different small churches, each of which he grew to over 1,500 in attendance. He covers numerous specific areas that significantly impact a guest choosing to visit your church for the first time and deciding whether or not to return a second time. This one-session course helps church leaders to “see with fresh eyes” areas that immediately impact visitors and create either a pleasant, welcoming experience which encourages a second visit or an unpleasant, uncomfortable experience which keeps them from returning.
