Rev. Chris Ball
Rev. Chris Ball is the President of Elim Fellowship, an association of nine hundred pastors, ministers, missionaries, and two hundred affiliated churches. He is a graduate of Elim Bible Institute and has been pastoring since 1988.
He and his wife have ministered together in marriage retreats and leadership retreats in both the US and around the world in such places as Sri Lanka, Ukraine, Romania, and the Czech Republic. Second only to his own church, Chris has a tremendous love for pastors and their ministries and endeavors to be a resource that encourages leaders in the body of Christ to become all they can be in the will of God.
Rev. Carol Ball
Rev. Carol Ball serves as the Director of Women’s Ministries for Elim Fellowship in Lima, New York. Rev. Ball served for over 25 years with her husband, Rev. Chris Ball, as lead pastors of Lighthouse Community Fellowship in South Butler, New York. Together they took the church from 35 to over 350 in Sunday morning attendance. They have ministered as a team in marriage and leadership retreats in both the US and around the world.
Rev. Kathy Barton LMSW
Rev. Kathy Barton LMSW has been a Christian counselor for over 35 years, and has been a certified crisis and trauma specialist for 10 years. She has a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work.
Rev. Barton has been married to her husband, a pastor, for 32 years.
Dr. Buddy Bell
Dr. Buddy Bell founded Ministry of Helps International in 1986, a ministry which has enabled countless people to find their place in the body of Christ. Dr. Bell has traveled to, and ministered in, over 3,000 churches around the world. His teachings and videos have been distributed to over 10,000 churches. With humor, zeal, and an anointing from God to present The Ministry of Helps, he motivates people by awakening them to the power and plan of the Holy Spirit for accomplishing the work of the ministry through every believer. In the churches where he ministers, it is common for the number of Christian workers to double or triple after his time of teaching.
Dr. Ronald Burgio
Dr. Ronald V. Burgio is the former President of Elim Fellowship, an association of nine hundred pastors, ministers, missionaries, and two hundred affiliated churches. He has served as lead pastor of Love Joy Church in Lancaster, New York since 1984. An alumnus of Elim Bible Institute and a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College he is ordained through Elim Fellowship and has a Doctorate of Ministry from the School of Bible Theology. He often ministers to missionaries, pastors, leaders and churches in various cities in the U.S. and Canada, as well as in Europe, Asia, Central America, Africa and the Middle East.
Dr. S. Brick Cliff
Dr. S. Brick Cliff and his wife, Beth, have served as missionaries for 26 years in Africa, India, and in Latin America. His thirty years of ministry have included: evangelism, church planting, starting and directing Bible schools, pastoring churches in different countries, and starting three Christian film studios.
In addition to being the President of Nation-2-Nation Christian University, Dr. Cliff is also the Founder and President of Nation-2-Nation Ministries. Rev. Cliff travels internationally to teach seminars and to oversee and start church-based schools, and has started over 1,000 church-based Bible schools worldwide. He also teaches in two different international curriculums, the “International School of Ministry” and the “Nation-2-Nation” ministerial curriculum.
Dr. Cliff is a graduate of Elim Bible Institute, Spring Arbor University, and Covenant Theological Seminary (with a doctorate in ministry). The Cliff’s have three grown children – Sara, Benjamin and Josiah. The Cliff’s live in San Benito, Texas, on the Mexican border.
Rev. Stacy Cline
Rev. Stacy Cline has served as the Dean of Students at Elim Bible Institute for over 25 years. A respected campus pastor and a popular teacher; his leadership has endeared him to the hearts of hundreds of students during his tenure.
Stacy has been married to his college sweetheart for over 40 years. They have been blessed with three daughters and five grandchildren.
Dr. Otoniel Collins
Dr. Otoniel Collins began his ministry as a missionary surgical doctor in the jungles of Honduras with his wife Xiomara, also a medical doctor. Since then, Dr. Collins has served as the Church of God Superintendent over Central America; a region stretching from Belize to Panama with over 5,000 churches and a half-million members. The churches in Central America are among the fastest growing churches in the last decade, and have begun to send their own missionaries out to other parts of the world including Africa and East Asia.
Dr. Gene Daniels
Dr. Gene Daniels lived in Central Asia for 12 years, where he was involved in everything from church planting to mentoring Muslim background church leaders and training them for missions. Since leaving Central Asia, he has focused on researching and teaching about missions in the Muslim world. Dr. Daniels received his Ph.D. in Religious Studies from the University of South Africa, with a dissertation on Muslim conversions. He and his wife Linda have four grown children.
Dr. Daniel De Los Reyes
Dr. Daniel De Los Reyes has over 35 years of ministerial experience, serving in numerous leadership positions, including Treasurer and General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God in Mexico. He has received his Bachelor's in Social Science and his Doctorate of Theology. Dr. De Los Reyes has published numerous books and has contributed to various magazines and publications. He and his wife Maria have three children.
Rev. Sylvia Evans
Rev. Sylvia Evans comes from a family of pastors and church workers. Rev. Evans first graduated from Houghton College, a Christian liberal arts college in Western New York, with a degree in Classical Languages with minors in secondary education. From there she began teaching part-time at Elim Bible Institute, and then as a missionary in Kenya, East Africa. Since then she has served in several ministries, has held multiple leadership positions within Elim Fellowship, and has ministered around Africa, East Asia, Eastern Europe, and South America. She co-founded the One-Way House, an inter-denominational Christian help-center. Today she teaches on a part-time basis at Elim Bible Institute.
Rev. Joshua Finley
Rev. Joshua Finley joined the staff of Elim Gospel Church in 2004 and was installed as the Lead Pastor in December 2008. According to Rev. Finley “Releasing sons and daughters to bring more of heaven down to earth is what makes me tick! The focus of my life and ministry is to keep discovering, declaring, and demonstrating more of the Kingdom of God each day.” Rev. Finley is an Elim Bible Institute Graduate and is happily married with two sons.
Rev. Abram Gomez
Rev. Abram Gomez is the Executive Pastor at Cross Church in San Benito, Texas. Rev. Gomez, a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University, joined the staff of VICC in 2006 as the Senior Youth Pastor. Under his leadership the youth ministry flourished going from a group of 15 teenagers to more than 300 teenagers. Rev. Gomez has served in other capacities such as Church Planter, serving on a Pastoral Preaching Team, and Administrator. He is also a contributing writer to Valley Christian Magazine, which reaches out to the entire region of the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. He and his wife, Rebecca, reside in Harlingen TX along with their daughter Isabella.
Rev. Dick Grout
Rev. Dick Grout has dedicated much of his Christian life to the study and leadership of worship. He has been serving as the Director of Music and Worship at Elim Bible Institute since 1989. Rev. Grout and his wife, Marji, offer seminars to help churches and individuals clarify their philosophy of worship and deepen their worship experience. Rev. Grout and Marji make their home in Lima, New York.
Rev. Wayne Hedlund
Rev. Wayne Hedlund is the Executive Pastor at Hopewell Church in Pennsylvania. He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership through Regent University as well as bachelor’s degrees in Religion/Philosophy and Psychology. He has been involved in church and not-for-profit leadership his whole life. Among other things he excels as an organizational strategist, teacher, and ministry coach. Wayne and his wife Becky have four children.
Rev. Richard Hinojosa
Rev. Richard Hinojosa is the Senior Pastor at Good Shepherd Community Church in Brownsville, Texas, one of the fastest growing churches in the Rio Grande Valley region of Texas. He graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and worked as a youth guidance consultant, marketing, retail management, as well as a youth pastor. Rev. Hinojosa and his wife, Sandra, have two sons and one daughter.
Dr. Francisco Jiménez
Dr. Francisco Jiménez Arias formerly served as the National Superintendent of the Church of God in Mexico. Since 1975 he and his wife Doris Lopéz have served in several various positions and ministries under the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) as an evangelist, pastor, and speaker at pastoral seminars. Dr. Jiménez and his wife have four children. He received his Doctorate of Ministry from Oral Roberts University.
Rev. Paul Johansson
Rev. Paul Johansson and his wife Gloria have served as Missionaries in East Africa and taught at Elim Bible Institute in Lima, New York. He has also held the position of Dean of Students and President and currently serves as Chancellor. He holds a Master’s Degree in African History from the State University of New York. Paul and Gloria co-founded the New York School of Urban Ministry and minister in seminars and conferences worldwide. They reside in Hampton, Virginia and are blessed with two children and four grandchildren.
Rev. David Arrol Macfarlane
Rev. David Arrol Macfarlane, currently the Director of National Initiatives for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association of Canada, draws on over twenty years of experience as a pastor- including serving in two small churches which he grew to over 1,500 in attendance.
Rev. Macfarlane travels extensively as a conference speaker; his energetic, engaging, and humorous presentations have become popular with organizations looking to inspire their audiences to action and purpose. He and his wife Diana live in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
Dr. Frank Parrish
Dr. Frank Parrish is the President of World MAP (Missionary Assistance Plan). Dr. Parrish has served in youth ministry, church planting, missions work, pastoring, and ministry in more than 50 nations.
Dr. Parrish is a published author and graduate of LIFE Pacific College, with a Master’s Degree fom Azusa Pacific University and a Doctorate from School of Bible Theology Seminary. He is married and has two sons, with a third son who is with the Lord.
Rev. Andrés Rincón
Rev. Andrés Rincón served in ministry for over 40 years as, most recently as the Regional Superintendent of the Hispanic Caribbean for the Church of God.
Rev. Rincón and his wife have three children and one grandson.
Rev. Samuel Rodriguez
Rev. Samuel Rodriguez is the President of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, the world's largest Hispanic Christian organization serving as a representative voice for over 40,000 churches in the United States as well as thousands more throughout the Spanish-speaking world. Rev. Rodriguez has been named as one of "40 People Who Radically Changed The World" by Charisma Magazine, and has been prominently featured in articles by TIME magazine and Newsmax. Rev. Rodriguez has also been a guest of two US Presidents, including having given the invocation at the inauguration of President Trump.
An author of multiple best-selling books, Rev. Rodriguez earned his Master's degree from Lehigh University, has received Honorary Doctorates from Baptist University of the Americas and Northwest University, and is ordained under the Assemblies of God.
Dr. Fount Shults
Dr. Fount Shults has been preaching and teaching for over 55 years. He taught Bible and Theology in college campuses for 40 years and then began traveling and teaching in churches throughout the world. His major interest is training and encouraging leaders on the mission field.
In addition to ministering to leaders, Dr. Shults serves as the Academic Dean for Nation-2-Nation Christian University. He has written three books: Father’s Love Journey; Pilgrimage to Personhood; and Invitation to Intimacy.
He received his B.A. degree in Biblical Studies and an M.A. in Greek and Church History from Eastern New Mexico University, and a PhD in linguistics with an emphasis in Hebrew from The University of Texas at Austin.
Rev. Robin Steen
Rev. Robin Steen has served with his wife Susan in missions for over 39 years in a number of countries including Mexico, Thailand, Myanmar, and China.
He is a graduate of Elim Bible Institute, has a B.A. from Southern California University, and holds a Masters in Intercultural Studies from Asia Pacific Theological Seminary (Cum Laude).
Dr. Ronald Vaughan
Dr. Roland Vaughan has been involved in world missions for over fifty years. He and his wife Carole served as missionaries for years in Latin America, and Rev. Vaughan is considered by many leaders to be the "father" of the Church of God work in Latin America. He also served for years as the International Mission's Director for the Church of God, and currently serves as the International Director for Unreached People Groups. Dr. Vaughan is a well known and sought after speaker, with a passion for reaching the lost.
Rev. Harry Vellekoop
Rev. Harry Vellekoop has been involved in world missions for over 35 years, including 14 years in Argentina and Paraguay and seven years as the director of Elim World Missions for Elim Fellowship. Rev. Vellekoop served in the leadership of Elim Bible Institute and more recently as director of the missions program. Rev. Vellekoop has been married to his wife Connie for over 40 years and has raised two children who are both in ministry.
Dr. Mark Virkler
Dr. Mark Virkler has been active in ministry since 1970. He has served as a youth pastor, church planter, and senior pastor, and has co-authored over 50 books. Dr. Virkler, together with is his wife Patti, have helped develop three networks of church-centered Bible schools, representing several hundred churches, and currently head Communion With God Ministries and Leadership University . Mark is a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College, has received a Master of Theology from Miami Christian University and a Ph.D. from Carolina Christian University. Mark and Patti have two grown children, Charity and Joshua.
Dr. Mike Webster
Dr. Mike Webster is the founder and CEO of Spirit and Word Ministries and LifeCoach Communications, Inc. He currently serves as President Emeritus of Elim Bible Institute in Lima, NY. Dr. Webster is energizing ministry worldwide by preaching, coaching, creating training materials, and moving prophetically. He holds the Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL.
Rev. Andy Zack
Rev. Andy Zack has been in pastoral ministry for over 25 years having served as a youth pastor, a senior pastor, and now as the Executive Associate Pastor of Love Joy Church in Lancaster, New York, where he assists the senior pastors in all areas of ministry. Rev. Zack leads ministry training at Love Joy Gospel Church as well as facilitating a regular regional gathering of associate pastors. He also serves as an Assistant Area Representative for Elim Fellowship and is an instructor at Elim Bible Institute.
